Our process
Five steps, taken carefully.
Good painting is mostly decisions made before the paint is opened. Here is how a project moves from your first message to the finished room.

- 01
Consultation
We discuss your vision and understand your project.
It begins with a conversation. Through your estimate request, a phone call or both, we learn which rooms you'd like painted, the feel you're hoping for, your timing and anything about your household we should plan around.

- 02
Assessment
We review the surfaces, requirements and scope.
We look closely at the surfaces — usually in person — noting their condition, the preparation they need, ceiling heights and access. From there we prepare a written estimate describing the scope, so you know exactly what is included.

- 03
Preparation
We prepare the work area and surfaces as agreed.
Floors and furnishings are protected, and surfaces are prepared according to the agreed scope — filling, sanding, cleaning and masking where needed. Good preparation is most of what makes paint look right.

- 04
Painting
Our team carries out the approved painting work.
The approved work is carried out in a sensible order, with attention to clean lines where walls, ceilings and trim meet, and an even finish across every surface.

- 05
Final review
We review the finished work with you.
Before we consider the job complete, we walk through the finished rooms with you and look at the details together.

The details of each stage — including preparation, products and timing — are confirmed in writing in your estimate before any work begins.
